Profile Requirements:
- Mandatory:
- Min 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
- Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
- Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
- Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
- Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
Core responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
- Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.
- Participate in an on-call support roster as required.
- Stay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.
