Profile Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in social media outreach/lead generation and content creation; background in commercial cleaning, janitorial/facilities services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Graphic & Video Skills: Proficiency with Canva (or similar) for graphics, captions, and light video editing tailored to service-based businesses.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and business directories (Yelp, Thumbtack, Alignable, Houzz, etc.).
  • Lead Gen Tools: Proficiency with outreach and campaign platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Instantly, Jobber, smartlead and booking koala
  • Communication Skills: Strong written English for captions, outreach scripts, follow-ups, and customer engagement; adaptable tone across platforms.
  • Organization & Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track outreach across channels, and work independently while consistently delivering measurable results.
  • Energetic, polite, and friendly professional with a motivated, sales-driven mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong desire for growth

Core responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Design, write, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile using tools like Canva, Buffer, CapCut, etc..
  • Engagement & Community Building: Comment, like, and interact with relevant local businesses (e.g., gyms, daycares, medical offices, property managers) to build brand visibility and attract leads.
  • Lead Outreach & Follow-Up: Conduct daily outreach via direct messages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; follow up consistently with prospects to convert interest into appointments.
  • Campaign Management: Execute targeted email and SMS campaigns through Apollo or similar platforms; manage drip sequences, follow-ups, and nurture flows to engage commercial prospects.
  • Prospecting & Database Management: Build and maintain lead lists in CRM/spreadsheets (Jobber, Apollo, Smartlead, Google Sheets); log all outreach activity and ensure accurate data for follow-up.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver simple weekly reports on posts, outreach attempts, replies, and booked calls, highlighting progress in engagement and pipeline growth.
