About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Closer (USA-based) to convert warm/hot leads into paying clients for our premium coaching programs. This is a high-volume, high-reward opportunity for a closer who excels in consultative sales and understands the nuances of high-ticket coaching.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of warm and hot leads, qualifying prospects and understanding their business needs.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to showcase the value of our tiered coaching programs.
- Relationship building and nurturing relationships with new business operators
- Consistently close deals and exceed revenue targets.
- Craft tailored communication strategies that build trust and credibility.
- Maintain CRM records of all interactions, ensuring seamless follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales department and fulfillment to ensure top tier service.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team collaboration.
- Represent the Foundr brand with passion and professionalism, promoting our coaching programs effectively.
- Going above and beyond to understand the needs of our clients and giving them the care and attention they deserve
- Diligent follow-up. Organised and smooth sales operators only, this is a top paying role for an experienced sales person.
About You
- 5+ years of high-ticket sales experience, ideally in coaching, consulting, e-commerce or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect with high-level decision-makers.
- Highly organised, with great attention to follow up and high volume communication.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience managing warm/hot leads and an active sales pipeline.
- Comfortable working remotely in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and empowering entrepreneurs.
